General Mechanic - ACH, Facilities Engineering-ACH

Job Description

Shift: 2nd shift. Analyzes and responds in a self-directed manner to tenant requests for services to a broad variety of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, vinyling and heating/cooling functions. Performs preventative maintenance and completes records for the buildings main mechanical systems; air conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems. Performs safety checks; orders supplies and equipment as needed; performs related functions.

Four (4) years trade school with training and instruction in the following areas; plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, electronics, and general mechanical maintenance. Two (2) years general maintenance experience in one (1) or more of the above crafted skill areas. OR Six (6) years of general maintenance work experience in the areas of: plumbing, electrical, electronics, HVAC, painting, vinyling, and carpentry.
