Shift: 8a-4:30p. Assists in administering and monitoring treatment and exercise to assigned home health patients through direct care and interdisciplinary coordination of treatment. Performs treatment according to parameters established by and under guidance and direction of Physical Therapists. Provides family education to facilitate adjustment of patient to home environment. Maintains records and charges appropriately.
Graduation from Physical Therapy Assistant Program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. Current licensure issued by the Ohio Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy Board and demonstrated clinical proficiency through internship. Valid Ohio driver's license with safe driving record and proof of insurance.
