Job Description

Shift: 8a-4:30p. Under direction and supervision of Director of Home Care, is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and supervision in the coordination and administration of quality home nursing care; and for carrying out Home Care Coordinator and administrative responsibilities as delegated by the Director of Home Care.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current BLS. Strong clinical assessment skills. Effective interpersonal skills. Proficiency in reading, writing and verbal communication skills. Ability to read a map accurately. 2 years Medical-Surgical experience required. 1 year current Home care experience preferred. Registered and licensed in the State of Ohio.
Professional certification desirable but not essential. Current valid Ohio Drivers license required.
