Job Description

Shift: variable. Provides a continuum of services including prevention, identification, consultation, and treatment of patients who evidence dysfunction of speech, language, cognition and oral/pharyngeal skills. Services may include, but need not be limited to: Screening; evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, cognitive, and oral/pharyngeal sensorimotor competencies; planning directing, and conducting habilitative/rehabilitative services including counseling and discharge planning for same.

Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology.
Current license to practice Speech/Language Pathology in the State of Ohio issued by the Ohio Board of Speech Pathology and Audiology; registration with the Ohio Board of Speech Pathology and Audiology as meeting all requirements to practice under the supervision of a licensed Speech/Language Pathologist during the Clinical Fellowship Year as required for licensure in the State of Ohio.
