Shift: As needed. PRN opportunity; Provides medically prescribed Occupational Therapy to a caseload of home health patients and their families through direct care and interdisciplinary families to facilitate adjustment of patient to home environment. Cooperates in the full range of care and documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. Current license issued by the Occupational/Physical Therapy Board to practice occupational therapy in the State of Ohio. At least one year of OT experience Valid Ohio driver's license with safe driving record and proof of insurance.
