Job Description
Shift: 8a-5p. Identifies patient/family needs and provides supportive care in accordance with plan of care.Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current license to practice nursing in State of Ohio.
Two (2) years clinical experience with a background in pain and symptom management, one (1) year hospice and/or home care experience preferred. Valid Ohio Driver's license with safe driving record and proof of insurance.
