Job Description

Shift: 7:00p -7:30a. Assists Unit Mnager accountable for optimal patient care, patient care standards, financial operations and systems that support patient care for assigned area of responsibility. Coaches, mentors, directs, supports and teaches interdisciplinary unit team members. Participates in delivery of high quality patient care in a cost-effective manner.
This position requires a minimum of 1 year nursing experience and demonstrated leadership qualities. This position requires a BSN. Master's degree preferred. Certification preferred-or required to obtain within two years. Current license to practice nursing in the State of Ohio.

Occasional weekends, every other holiday.
